Candice Voynick, LCSW
As a person-centered therapist my approach is one of warmth, humor and empathy. I believe in the power of a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore your emotions, uncover your strengths and achieve personal growth. I see my role as helping you understand yourself, your relationships, and your past, yet also helping you work on practical steps toward your future and your goals.
I practice using an integration of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Grief Therapy, and Mindfulness. My approach is always strengths-based and trauma-informed.
I have over 15 years of experience working with individuals on a wide range of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, interpersonal relationships, grief, chronic pain and illnesses, and aging.
I practice with a deep appreciation and understanding of the vulnerability this works asks of you, if you are ready, I invite you to take the next step and reach out. I will meet you there.
