I specialize in working with substance use disorders, trauma, depression, and anxiety, and have been working with these specialties since 2012.

I utilize a mix of cognitive behavioral therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and person-centered therapy to help the support the client in identifying their goals and moving forward with the whole person in mind.

In my work with others, I use a warm and empathetic approach. I feel that this approach helps to build trust and rapport with the client. As people face the stigma of facing treatment and their hesitancy to seek treatment for themselves, offering an empathetic and understanding dialogue helps put them more at ease and break down barriers.
